T-ZIR and ESIC Business & Marketing School hey launch jointly Programa Executive de Innovación en Retail directed to intermediate managers of companies linked to the innovation and commerce sector, personnel of the marketing and communication departments of companies in the retail value chain, franchisors / franchisees or owners of retail establishments, among others.
Current consumer demands demand new and adapted training responses. In a scenario marked by the digitalization and multi-channelization of all sectors and business processes, synergies such as this collaboration are essential to update training content demanded by professionals in the sector, providing innovative and future solutions that maintain the competitiveness of their companies and businesses along the value chain of the commerce sector.
This first Executive Program of Innovation in Retail will develop 5 modules: Digital Platforms, New Technologies that impact on the shopping experience, Data Management (Big Data and Business Analytics), New Technologies in Proximity Marketing and Loyalty and Omnichannel Solutions . In addition, the training will be complemented by a practical workshop at the headquarters of the ZIR, Center of which they are strategic partners Telefónica, Intel, Microsoft y HMY.
The objective of the Program is based on training for the development of functions linked to the new digital era and the inevitable transformation of the Retail sector, with special emphasis on predictive tools and business intelligence. It is aimed at personnel from the marketing and communication departments of companies in the retail value chain or manufacturers, owners of retail establishments, marketing professionals related to B2B or B2C, Retail Store Managers or franchisors or franchisees, among others.
