The Aragonese startup Meraki has won the second edition of the Accelerator for retail Aragón Open Future, thanks to its Meraki Retail solution, which allows the customer to interact with the product and compare products. All this, integrated with a data acquisition system for subsequent measurement and improvement. In the development of this solution they have worked, hand in hand, with the store Basket World, store of the Gran Vía de Zaragoza specialized in basketball, where they have tested the pilot.

Anluck focuses on smart lighting in retail, while BlogsterApp Ambassador has developed a platform to massively, automatically and fully segment corporate content on employees' social networks. For its part, Canalyticals helps the retailer to have the product in a timely manner, reducing the stock and increasing the impact on sales; Idiogram is specialized in mining and intelligent data analysis, and Meraki Codes, in the creation of technological devices to improve customer experience and data acquisition. Finally, Viume presents an artificial intelligence assistant that finds and delivers to its clients the perfect outfit for every occasion.
These startups have worked for ten months to develop their solutions, which should respond to the three challenges posed by T-ZIR, in collaboration with local commerce: understanding the customer's behavior to offer a personalized experience, the hybridization of the physical world and digital in a single shopping experience, and the optimization of the process of mining and exploitation of data.Carmen Herrarte, directora de T-ZIR, ha celebrado el “éxito” de la convocatoria y ha recordado que el objetivo es “hacer accesible la tecnología al comercio tradicional porque debe digitalizarse urgentemente “, para lo que, ha dicho, se debe “apostar por el talento, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional”.
